Email Switch

If you have a “baystarems.com” email address, then you have, most likely, noticed an inconsistency in the performance of our current email system. Situations range from undelivered “ghost” emails, very delayed email delivery or partial emails.

This obviously can not and will not continue in our pursuit of excellence. Bay Star administration personell have decided to move forward with switching to a more reliable and up-to-date service provider. To you this means a few things:

  1. You will LOOSE all your emails that are currently on the server, unless you back them up to a computer.
  2. You will need to login at a different web address. The link on our website will be updated with that address.
  3. If you use external email services like “outlook”, “mac mail”, or even your phone email, some of the settings may change of you will need to reconfigure them in your account settings.
  4. Your login and password will be different.

This will be happening soon, and without further notice. When the switch is made, you will be immediately provided with all necessary information to gain instant access to your new email account. Our goal is to have a seamless, smooth transition. Do not panic if you need help backing up your emails, email joe@baystarems.com first.
